Stone Valley Roasters | Don't You Remember? | Guatemala | Filter | 250g
Flavour Notes: Apple, Grapefruit, Brown Sugar
Roasted for filter: Best enjoyed as a pour over, without milk, to allow the subtleties of the light roast to emerge.
From the Roasters:
Los Cuchumatanes Range is one of the highest elevations in Guatemala(Not Volcanic) running around 400 Kilometres from West to East in Guatemala, from Huehuetenango to Quiche departments, reaching altitudes of almost 4,000 metres
Todos Santos Cuchumatanes is located in the slopes of Los Cuchumatanes range and most of the producers are small holders, willing to process their coffees and preserve it in parchment instead of cherries as in the past.
This coffee is a beautifully balanced cup with a bright acidity that cuts beautifully thought milk. A hint of chocolate in the body with a stronger caramel flavour balanced with subtle notes of apple and cherry lead to a wonderfully drinkable cup that translates well to both filter and espresso
