As its name suggests, this coffee is a real ‘fruit bomb’! Marysabel and her husband Moises own several small farms in Marcala, south-eastern Honduras, and together the duo have perfected the art of producing funky, naturally-processed coffees that also have great clarity. We detected lots of winey fruit notes and a great acidity in this complex and multilayered coffee, making it a great choice for filter preparations.
