We believe it’s important to support producers who are able to go the extra mile to protect the environment. That’s why Super Nature comes from certified organic farms - grown without the use of synthetic fertilisers, herbicides and pesticides. This single origin espresso is available all year round, showcasing robust, fruity coffees from Ethiopia and Peru.
Located at a whopping 2,100 masl, this coffee comes from the Chelbesa washing station in Gedeb, southern Ethiopia. Chelbesa is the largest coffee growing area in Gedeb, with a total area of 1,240 hectares of coffee farms. This station buys cherries from approximately 170 farmers all located in the area. The farms are between 0.5 to 2 hectares in size, and the varieties that make up this lot are Wolisho, Dega and some that are yet to be formally identified.
Expect a complex, fruity and aromatic espresso, with notes of peach, bergamot and lavender.
