This exceptionally high-quality lot is from the Buku area of Guji - one of the highest elevated coffee growing regions in Ethiopia with a picking range up to 2550masl. The farmers here deliver the cherries on horseback due to the uneven terrain around the site. With crisp, fruity flavours and layers floral complexity, this is a quintessential Ethiopian coffee.
