Introducing our new favourite espresso, sourced from two quality-focused producers in Huehuetenango, Guatemala.
This year, we’re delighted to roast coffees from Nelsy Villatoro for the first time. We were introduced to her coffees in Guatemala earlier this year, and they were easily among the best we tasted during our trip. We weren’t able to meet Nelsy in person, but we hope to continue buying from her in the future.
This is our fourth year buying coffee from Rosendo Domingo, a second-generation coffee farmer with a background in agronomy. His farm is less than a hectare, and we’ve always loved his coffees for their exceptionally clean cup profile.
The result is a 50/50 blend with notes of grape and chocolate, highlighting the fruity and floral qualities that make the coffees from this region so special.
